Here you can download the TID data. The zip-file includes the data, source bibliography, and a short variable description. For a detailed data description see the Codebook. For a full list of sources see the Sourcebook.

The full dataset contains data of 223 countries and all six tax types (Version: 06.10.2019).We offer the full dataset in two sizes:
This datset is stored as a csv file with "|" as data separator.
Configure your own dataset
Additional to the preconfigured datasets, you can also select countries or regions of your choice and select the tax type you are interested in and you get your individual dataset. Every dataset comes with an individual code that allows you to get the same data selection again.
